This is the pen caddy I have on my desk! I recommend it because it’s sturdy (doesn’t move when you put something back!), it has various compartments for
various items, and you can personalize the front with your favorite photos or inspirational quotes! I will say, it IS pricey for a simple pen caddy… I have seen similar organizers (heavy-duty, lots of compartments, and space to personalize) at stores like HomeGoods or Marshalls!
