This is the mail center I have on my desk! There’s a top section and two drawers. I keep papers to process (things to read, sort through, open

projects) in the top section, time-sensitive bills to pay in the top drawer, and non-time-sensitive documents that require other action (call/ask/cancel) in the bottom drawer. However, if you’re visual and need visual reminders to pay bills or take action, keep these items on the top section out and open so you SEE them and remember to take action! You can then use the drawers for other things like envelopes, stamps, address labels, or other small office supplies!
