DIY Jewelry Organizer = Wood + Paint + Hardware

DIY Jewelry Organizer = Wood + Paint + Hardware

I took a piece of wood, sanded it, and painted it pretty color. Then I sanded it again to make it look a little bit distressed. I also hammered nails and change into the wood to give it more of a distressed look.

Next I hammered in some nails to store rings & earrings. Then I hammered in a few larger nails for bulkier bracelets and stuff. Lastly, I added eye hooks at the bottom to store all of my necklaces.

Now, I can just mount this inside my closet to detangle and store all of my jewelry as a cost-effective jewelry organizer.

You can see this DIY Jewelry Organizer plus more DIY organzing ideas in my DIY Organization Ideas (Part 1) video!
