One of the things that motivates me to do a “difficult” task I’m dreading at work is how good I’ll feel tomorrow after it’s accomplished. The pain of NOT doing the task (and mentally thinking about it in guilt) is worse than just doing the task itself. Plus, once you start, it’s always easier than you expected. Just a thought I’m keeping in mind today since I’m currently working on a “difficult” task 😉
