Some days its just hard to get things done (tired, not feeling well, just not feeling it). One thing that helps me during “those” days is yanking out my jumbo size timer (the size always makes me laugh) and setting ridiculously small goals (reply to 2 emails in 30 minutes, then take a 15 min. break). Repeat. Remember, its better to get a few really small things done then nothing at all. After all, you are still moving in the right direction… Drinking tea also “refreshes” me. Lately I’ve been drinking “Get Clean” by The Republic of Tea.
