I sort the clothes in my closet by type, then by color. For example, all of my long-sleeve shirts are hung together in ONE section in rainbow order. The same goes for short sleeve shirts, pants, and so on. To keep my sections separated, I use labeled closet dividers in the FRONT of each section.
